On Thursday 9th March and Monday 27th March 2023 you can learn the skills you need to feel safe from an expert in practical self-defence.

Master Alan Cook has been involved in martial arts from an early age. His passion is teaching practical, real-world techniques that are not only simple, they WORK!

You don't need any experience of martial arts to attend this workshop, just an open mind and a willingness to learn.
